Terms of Use for the ScanVentory Application

Effective date: 1st of March 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ScanVentory application ("Application"). ScanVentory provides inventory management features including barcode/QR scanning, local data handling, report export, and optional Google Drive backup/restore. By using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2

Purpose of the Application

ScanVentory is intended for inventory management, including product tracking, barcode/QR scanning, and local data organization.

3

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Application lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you are responsible for:

- maintaining the security of your device and access credentials,

- the accuracy and legality of data entered into the Application,

- creating your own backups when needed.

Data and Backups

The Application stores data locally on your device. If you use Google Drive backup functionality, data transfer occurs between your device and your Google account according to your actions.

Changes to the Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms may be published in a new version of the Application or on the official website.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Poland, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
